The CDesign Hotel thanks you for your presence in our establishment. Be very welcome!

These internal regulations define the rules of coexistence during your stay with us.

Accommodation at the Hotel is governed by the conditions described below:



1. Check-in times: 14:00 / Check-out: 12:00, regardless of arrival time at the Hotel. Departure after 12:00, only with reception authorization. If this does not occur, the amount corresponding to half a day (Late Check out) will be charged. The account is closed upon delivery of the apartment access card. We ask to check the minibar at the entrance to the apartment. All rooms are non-smoking;


2. Tourism Law +55 21 99592-8401 from the Ministry of Tourism: it is mandatory to fill in the FNRH (National Guest Registration Form), as well as to present a valid original identity document with photo. . If there are Children and/or Adolescents, a valid original document of the Child/Adolescent must be presented and another document that proves the authority of the Adult accompanying him/her. Companions are not allowed in the apartments. If the Hotel Management allows, an extra fee will be charged;


3. Wi Fi (Internet): the Hotel offers free and free internet to Guests in all premises when it is used via Wi Fi.


4. Information about the city, services, tours, medicines, medical assistance, mechanics and suggestions, go to Reception. We will be happy to help you;


5. The Guest's duties are:

· Maintain conduct consistent with the Hotel's social and family environment;

· Be responsible for the conduct of the people you bring to the Hotel;

· Respect the hours and operating rules of the services offered;

· Bring to the attention of the Management any irregularity that occurred on the premises of the Hotel, so that the appropriate measures can be taken;

· Indemnify any losses or damages caused to the Hotel;

· Fully respect and comply with the provisions hereby regulated;

· Vacate the apartment until 12:00 (noon). Failure to meet the check-out time may lead to the taking of appropriate measures to vacate the apartment. In the event that the Guest does not vacate the apartment until check-out time and is not present at the Hotel, the Guest has the right to move the Guest's belongings to the Reception or another apartment under the supervision of the Manager or Responsible. If you choose to extend your stay, the Guest must ask the Reception at least 24 hours in advance. If available, you can be served;

· Compensate for any damages that may be caused to the property of the Hotel, either by the owner of the accommodation or his companions, at the time of closing the account, taking as a reference the values in the cost and assets spreadsheet available with the management;

NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL


6. Hotel Users are prohibited from:

· Using a Hotel employee to perform private services;

· Interfere, directly or indirectly, in the services under the responsibility of the Hotel Administration;

· Host in the same apartment, people beyond the allowed limit;

· Practice acts considered harmful and/or inappropriate to morals and good customs;

· Smoking inside the rooms, bathrooms, restaurant and other internal areas, and the Guest must use the outside area of the Hotel for this purpose. If this cannot be avoided, the cleaning fee will be BRL 80.00 (eighty reais), being charged as an additional fee;

· Cooking in the apartments. The use of the minibar must be respected, and the consumption of drinks and food brought from outside in the common areas of the Hotel is prohibited. Drinks removed from the minibar to make room for those brought by the Guest will be charged;

· Children must sleep with disposable diapers to avoid damage to mattresses, bed linen and towels in the apartments;

· The use of sound at high volume, with respect for silence among other Guests, especially after 9 pm;

· Washing clothes inside the bathroom or hanging clothes in the windows of the Hotel;

· Remove bathing suits or other objects owned by the Hotel from the premises of the Hotel;

· No parking in the corridors.

· Possession and use of any type of object or substance legally prohibited or of any type of weapon;

· The use of toys in inappropriate places or that may cause damage to third parties;

· The permanence of trapped birds or animals on the premises of the Hotel;

· Walk around the Hotel in inappropriate attire (sleeping, bathing or shirtless;

· Throwing out the window: papers or any other object;

· Use bed or bath linings for other purposes, if dirt is detected that indicates improper use of the parts, a replacement fee will be charged;

· Use sound devices or instruments that are uncomfortable, as well as loud conversations, screams or words that threaten tranquility or cause embarrassment to other Guests, at any time, and especially between 9 pm and 7 am. Therefore, from 9 pm onwards, silence must be respected by all;

· According to Articles 82 and 83 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, “it is prohibited for minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age to stay in a Hotel, motel, pension or similar establishment, unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian”, documentary evidence of kinship or condition, or even, if accompanied by an adult, with written authorization and notarized signature of the father, mother or legal guardian;


7. When leaving the room, make sure you have locked the windows and closed the door. Goods and valuables (jewelry, watches, cameras, cell phones, credit cards, ID, passport, paper money, etc.) Money or valuables left on the premises of the apartment are the sole responsibility of the owner. Guest;


8. The Hotel will only be responsible for the values and objects that are confined to the Management's custody, upon signature of the respective Term;


9. For the safekeeping with the Management of objects such as notebooks, cameras, cell phones, etc., at the time of signing the Term, the original invoice must be presented with a complete description of the equipment, including the serial number;


10. The Hotel offers parking, with spaces available to all Guests on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and payment of an additional amount of R$ 35.+55 21 99592-8401% ISS per day. The Hotel is not responsible for objects or values forgotten inside the vehicles in the Parking lot;


11. It is up to the Legal Responsible to ensure that the Children do not remain unattended in the Private Areas (Apartments) and Common Areas of the Hotel, avoiding possible incidents; We do not allow use by companions who are not staying at the Hotel, it is completely prohibited. Our Hotel is exclusively family friendly. For security reasons, the Common Areas are monitored by cameras;


12. The locks of the apartments work with access cards by approach. In case of loss, immediately inform reception so that it can be cancelled. We are not responsible for lost and uncanceled cards. Only one access card will be provided per apartment, or two, depending on the number of Guests;


13. If when you close your bedroom door, you hear continuous beeps, or a flashing red light, it is an alert that the door is not closed;


14. The Management reserves the right to veto the accommodation to those who do not suit the Hotel. Any Guest who behaves inappropriately, contrary to these Regulations or who violates legal or moral norms, will be invited to leave the establishment, which must be attended to immediately. Carriers of easily transmissible diseases will not be accepted;


15. The Hotel reserves the right to request the vacancy of apartments when verified the use by intoxicated people, for illegal activities, contrary to morals or good customs;


16. If any employee of this establishment proves to be omitted and does not respond promptly and correctly, we request that Mr. Guest take your complaint to Management, who will take immediate action;


17. The Hotel is not responsible for external services such as Taxi, Pharmacy, Car Rental, Restaurant, Sightseeing Tours, Delivery, food served outside the Hotel's environment, etc., delivery personnel and service providers are prohibited from entering the Hotel. The Guest must go to Reception to pick up the product;


18. Guests' belongings lost or forgotten at the Hotel will be kept for a maximum period of 03 (three) months, leaving the Hotel free to give the destination it deems convenient after this period;


19. The electrical system in the apartments only works as long as the room card is properly inserted into the energy saver. Violation, tampering or any way of circumventing the apartment's energy saving system may generate extra daily charges to cover energy costs and possible damage to the equipment;


20. In cases in which the Hotel management verifies that there is no Guest inside the apartment and the electrical system is still active, with the card in the economizer, it may enter the apartment for verification and correction.

Final considerations:


21. If you notice something wrong in your apartment, please contact reception immediately;


22. The Guest already installed in the Hotel under a daily regime can interrupt their stay at any time, however, without the right to any type of discount or reimbursement of paid daily rates;


23. In case of Complaints, Criticisms and/or Suggestions, they can be sent directly to the Hotel Management, through the email atendimento@cdesignhotel.com.br;


24. In accordance with the provisions of articles 1,467 and 1,470 of the Brazilian Civil Code of 2002, the Hotel reserves the right to withhold luggage, jewelry and money that are in the possession of Guests who do not pay their respective bills;


25. The guest will receive the Provisional Service Receipt (RPS) at check-out, and the Electronic Invoice will be sent to the e-mail address registered with the city hall of the city of Rio de Janeiro and, in case of breakdown or unavailability of the Rio de Janeiro City Hall or even on the internet signal, we can and are committed to sending it by e-mail, immediately after the website or internet signal is reestablished;


26. This regulation can be consulted and will be available to the Guest in all apartments, at the reception of the Hotel and also on the website www.cdesignhotel.com.br.
